2nd Annual Conservative Cup

New residents move into Bell County daily due to our low taxes, safe communities, and encouraging business climate. Those traits make Bell County desirable for community leaders, military personnel, and business owners with the vision and foresight to invest in the community and our future.  Today, the Bell County Republican Party works to continue that legacy through the Conservative Cup Golf Tournament.

The Key Objectives of the golf tournament are to raise funds to support Get-Out-The-Vote activities and events that promote Republican values and highlight the strong relationship between those values and Bell County’s business-friendly environment. The funds raised will be used to increase outreach GOTV and voter engagement efforts and support Republican candidates who help keep Austin out of Bell County.

I invite you to join us in these efforts and become one of the foundational leaders in this endeavor.  We know this event and the Bell County Republican Party will be victorious because of leaders like yourself.  

Team Registrations - $500 (Limit 11, plus 7 sponsored teams, Limit 18 total teams at play)

• Breakfast, lunch, and 2 drink tickets per person for 3 registered players plus one Republican candidate and/or community leader
• Candidates/Community leaders will be randomly assigned to join each team via ball draw at breakfast.

Our Golf Sponsorship levels include:

Presidential (Title) Sponsor - $3,000 (Limit 1)

• Breakfast, lunch, and 2 drink tickets per person for 3 registered players plus one Republican candidate and/or community leader
• Name and brand next to title whenever displayed
• Brand prominently displayed as a Presidential Sponsor on the website for an entire year
• 5 weeks of social media mentions across our social platforms (first choice)

Senatorial Sponsor - $2,000 (Limit 6)

• Breakfast, lunch, and 2 drink tickets per person for 3 registered players plus one Republican candidate and/or community leader
• Brand on banners and posts advertising event
• Brand displayed as a Senatorial Sponsor on the website for an entire year
• 2 weeks of social media mentions across our social platforms (second choice)

Congressional Sponsor - $1,000 (Limit 12)

• Brand on banners and posts advertising event
• Brand displayed as Congressional Sponsor on the website for an entire year
• 1 week of social media mentions across our social platforms (third choice)

Breakfast Sponsors - $1500 (Limit 1)

• Signage and recognition during breakfast
• 1 week Social media mention across our social platforms

Lunch Sponsor - $2500 (Limit 1)

• Signage and recognition during lunch
• 2 weeks of social media mentions across our social platforms

Beverage Sponsor - $2500 (Limit 1)

• Signage and recognition on beverage cart & coolers
• 2 weeks social media mentions across our social platforms

Ball Sponsor - $500 (Limit 1)

• Recognition during breakfast
• Brand on ball boxes in each cart
• Hole Sponsor - $250
  • Brand on a sign at one of the holes
• In addition, in-kind donations and door prizes will be accepted.
